My Approach to Therapy
As a family systems therapist, I believe in the importance of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship as the context for change. I use a systems approach which combines IFS work with attachment as well as creative modalities to help you gain a deeper understanding of your inner world and outer relationships. I believe in every person's inner capacity for growth and change and will gently help you to makes shifts and heal areas that cause you pain.
I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Sociology through the Israeli branch of the University of North Texas. I continued to pursue postgraduate studies and training at the Family Institute of Neve Yerushalayim where I gained experience in treating trauma and abuse, including domestic violence. I also pursued a specialty in adolescent psychotherapy. I completed training in IFS therapy and somatic therapy as well. I presently live in Monsey where I practice therapy at Associated Therapists of Rockland. I see adolescents, adults and couples.
